Ode

"Ode" is a Greek name for the song of the Muse. It's a serie of tribute to personalities that I love. There is painters like Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, Zao Wou-Ki, Pierre Soulages or Simon Hantaï - philosophers like Jacques Derrida, Jean-Luc Nancy, Gilles Deleuze and others - sculptors like Alberto Giacometti. My works always speaks about the matter: what does she say, the force of a tree, the power of a rocks. And try to develop connection between an animal and a tree, a stone and an iron plate, deconstructing categories and questioning the concept of identity.
