Over Bagan

Bagan has stood the test of time to remain the heritage jewel of Myanmar. Over 2,000 temples and stupas built by the kings of Bagan between the 11th and 12th century stand majestically, rising from the plain’s canopy of acacia tree and shrub-like plants of this semi-arid region of Myanmar. With the success of Over Penang book and exhibition, David ST Loh, was granted permission to fly his drone over some of Bagan’s 1000-year old monuments. Enthralling, stunning and never been seen images of the top view of several temples and pagodas such as the revered Ananda Temple, Shwezigon Pagoda and Dhammayazika Pagoda were unprecedentedly captured to give you a different perspective of these magnificent monuments.
