Spring Fields
The crops in the fields where I walk my dog are rotated each year and are planted with rapeseed, wheat, other cereals and corn. I photographed these crops when the yellow and green was at its most intense and in the late afternoon golden light.
These images were created in the farmland that surrounds our small village, where we have lived for twelve years. The village is about 35 kms (22 miles) from central Paris and was once home to King Louis XIV’s falconers and falconry.
