Taken By Storm

This series of photographs was originated from 4x5 transparency films. The original transparencies mostly images of still life were left for 2 years inside plastic sleeves soaked in water from the Hudson River. As the water entered to the thin layers of the emulsions causing the colors to dissolve and separate. Molds fermented on the surface and tiny salt crystals emerged.
