The Colors of Macondo
Macondo, Gabriel García Márquez's most famous invention in his book One Hundred Years of Solitude comes to life every year for four days. The photographer and journalist Elkin Cabarcas Mora who after 20 years without seeing him again, traveled to Barranquilla, his hometown, to portray the passion and tradition of that magical Macondo that the Barranquilla Carnival transmits.
