Tidal Pools

I spend a lot of time swimming in the tidal pools around False Bay. Often I am photographing on the marine life on the walls but there are also always people around having a swim. I love the intimate feeling of people's bodies underwater. We all seem so at peace and a little vulnerable. The biodiversity of these pools is one of my personal projects. We have developed a cleaning method for the pools that is safe for marine creatures and humans alike, the aim is to restore a balanced ecosystem that is shared by animals and humans.
