TOWARDS ABSTRACTION

This is a current project in process. Research on aesthetic experience leads me to experiment with images. This project, as its name suggests, is an exercise towards the abstraction of images. Most of the time, but not exclusively, they are underwater images like this one. The new field of neuroaesthetic research is giving me some clues to this process. Seeking to enable the aesthetic experience in the viewer.
