Ripple

Ripple started when I found this undulating form, with its velvet texture and smooth edges. I came across it during my continuous quest to find a suitable paint material. This repetitive, undulating form, clicked and ... it took off. They are constructions in wave-shape where the rhythm is broken by the color or by the shifting of the ripples. The very concrete presence of the ripple accentuates the "realism" of the surfaces.
