sculpture studios for outer space (argos) series
Series formed by four subseries or 'argos' –reference to the classic symbol of the Argo ship that Roland Barthes used to explain structuralism– In this case, the artist conceives the argo as compositional structures that are repeated in each of the works , being the organs that complete it those that vary in their shape, size, color and random position. The argos are based on the cylindrical and perspective projection system used in technical representation. The series in general speculates on the study of a hypothetical colossal structure that, given the impossibility of appearing under Earth's gravity, could materialize in outer space.
