The Goddess and the Dragon

Traveling through the magic land of Avalon, the myth, the history and the energy inspired me to explore the love of the Goddess and the Dragon in a Series of 8 sculptures that relates to the cycles of life, the embodiment of the two dualities in their love journey of creation. The two characters are present in various manifestations and symbols throughout all the ancient world and both have been rejected and blamed as well as loved and celebrated. My unique and personal way of working the clay and the figurative representation of the characters are the result of 30 years of working clay merged with the love of ancient wisdom, folklore and spirituality.
