The expansion of the Universe

Through the series The Expansion of the Universe, I push my practice towards a study of creation’s pulsations, which are of an ever-increasing frequency. Each painting reflects aspects of expanding space. With scientific observations showing that space is constantly accelerating, I contemplate whether we can apply this as a metaphor for life and whether I can find within it the diversification of society. The tendency towards uniting an increasingly diverse society as either a kind of globalisation of individualism, a new economy of those who lie beyond the trends, makes me feel the accelerating expansion of the universe here on Earth.
