Sparse and simple representations of isolated vessels. This ongoing series evolved from an earlier group of dark and silhouetted wine bottle still-life paintings that also examined the simplicity and form of the object exclusively, excluding all environment and any surrounding setting. An anthropologic study that has no deeper interest than surface and shape.
