Expanding Foam #5. Collage

Continuing with the introspective approach of over-thinking, deeper layers of consciousness began to be noticed, as I realised the not-only-mental influence of this web. There arose the need to obtain an organic matter to act as a function of the element of the line, both in contrast and in complementation. The material chosen was expanded polyurethane, due to its expansive nature, and the fact that it is impossible to define its final shape (unless its application is in a closed and predefined form). Its organic form, after an expressive and intense application, encompassed the elements it encountered, altered its original position, and claimed them as its property, in an invasive and somehow violent way.
