Félixe Dicaire, born in 1971 in the Ottawa region, now lives in Montreal. She has been active in the Quebec fashion and craft scene since 1999; Félixe Dicaire is known for her sculptural jewelry made of colored wires and feathers. LE BIJOUTIER magazine In 2018, Felixe Dicaire began reconnecting to other art forms again. That's when she stumbled upon her muse, a U shape. The simplicity, beauty and movement in this shape unconsciously appealed to her and led her to a multitude of possibilities for her découpage collage. She loves to work with colour, which has always been at the heart of her work. When making her jewelry, she used to dye her wires , which gave her more finesse and playfulness in the harmonization of tints and tones.
