Fragile Eggs Strong Chicks Collage

Created for a Colors and Mixed Media class at MCAD. The project tasks here were to create a collage involving one of the last things that I consumed, events my expressions within the last five weeks of my life, and going about it keeping in mind this is somewhat of a temporal self portrait. One of the last things I consumed were eggs. I bought some originally because my good friend and I were fighting, and out of anger, I wanted to egg her house. Upon better decision making, I decided to eat the eggs, and figure things out with this friend peacefully. This then evolved into a work about her and I and who she has made me as a person today over the years, and relating to the last five weeks of my life, during which we had been fighting.
