Red poppy is a recurring motif in my work. This very elaborate collage I have made in mixed media. For this I have glued papers colored by myself and completed the collage with various high-quality colors. The red and green tones shine intensely. The slightly plastic image always looks different in different lighting and is a great eye-catcher. The sides of the stretcher I painted in the colors of the picture. Roter Mohn ist ein immer wiederkehrendes Motiv in meinem Schaffen. Diese sehr aufwendige Collage habe ich in Mischtechnik angefertigt. Dafür habe ich von mir selbst gefärbte Papiere aufgeklebt und die Collage mit verschiedenen hochwertigen Farben vollendet. Die Rot- und Grüntöne leuchten intensiv. Das leicht plastische Bild wirkt bei verschiedener Beleuchtung immer anders und ist ein toller Blickfang. Die Seiten des Keilrahmens habe ich in den Farben des Bildes bemalt.

Born and raised in a small town in Eastern Germany I moved to Berlin to study fashion design. Since then I lived and worked in this wonderful city. My collages shall tell a story through their playful lightness. Berlin as a city is a major inspiration for my artworks in recent years. Especialy the ever changing architecture and gentrification. Through various exhibitions and envents i became part of the expanding berlin art scene. Besides my work as an artist I convey my knowledge and expertise to children and teenagers in social projects for more than 20 years. Moreover my artistic passion lies within analog photography and photography with pinhole cameras.
