From a young age, Eva Kunze fostered a captivating connection with art, and soon her works caught the attention of her teachers. At just 23 years old, she graduated with honors in Communication Design in Munich and established a studio in the heart of the city. In 1990, she made her debut in renowned galleries including the Rathaus Gallery Munich and the Lothringer 13 Art Hall. Since 2016, she has lived and worked in Freienried, an idyllic village between Munich and Augsburg. Kunze's unique style is vividly evident in the passion and vitality that permeate each of her works. Her expressive creations effortlessly navigate the realms of abstraction and figuration. Particularly remarkable is her ability to convey emotions through elegant simplicity. Her works are crafted in a serialized manner, consistently focused on contemporary themes she observes and captures in society. Simultaneously working on multiple canvases allows her to weave internal and external sensations, creating a more intuitive artistic process.
