Based on a Great Purge campaign during the 1930s in USSR. It's a metaphor of relationship of collective and individual, citizen and authority, man and God. It has a kafkaesque undertone (remember his novel Process). In this work you can see a situation where the highest being, state machine, interfere with the private life of the individual.
