About The Artwork
This is a abstract watercolor composition with warm colors balanced with cold colors. The circular patterns and highlights were made with cut-out paper to form a collage. The esthetic is that of a machine or meganism that reminded me of an ancient compass, hence the name of the artwork. It was sold to a collector in Cambridge, UK in 2016.
