A Fine Line III is a digitally constructed, high definition, fine art giclée print. The design was inspired by the colour theory experiments of the Bauhaus teacher Joseph Albers. The image is constructed of thousands of coloured lines - some just 1 pixel wide.

My creative practice explores the interplay of colour and line. Compositions are abstract and constructed intuitively using a hybridised digital collage technique that employs both elements of scanography and photoshop. Artworks are presented as high definition fine art giclée prints. The artworks are printed on archival quality paper using highly pigmented and fade resistant ink. Artistic influences include Joseph Albers, Dan Flavin & Ryoji Ikeda. I work as an arts and fashion tutor, lecturing in fashion and digital print design, this role further informs my creative practice.
