I fly in my dreams. I climb the highest building and jump. It gives me the feeling of an absolute freedom. It is often an escape from fears and evil. I’m still learning that running away is not always necessary. I can simply jump and enjoy the moment of floating in the air, of finding the courage to take the first step. In graphics from this series I combine and mix traditionally hand-drawn shapes, traces and marks on paper with digital art. Works are a form of meditation — own way of dealing with the surge of everyday affairs, information and concerns. I create spaces where the world of nature and animals smoothly blend with architecture. Each animal is my traveling companion joining me on a journey through my personal and intimate experiences. If you look closely enough, you will see that there are hidden signs and symbols in labyrinths I create. You’re invited to search for those marks and create your own stories.
