Serenity Artwork - Limited Edition of 100

The Natural Quirks collection is inspired by my passion for the natural world. The illustrations are hand painted in watercolours and woven together with flora and fauna, using colour to bring fun and flamboyance to each piece. I wanted to create something that the viewer could connect with, through characters and stories drawn from my own experiences. Serenity has its own story.......read below. Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love… and then we return home. The words of The Serenity Prayer and the indigenous Australian proverb above, are loved by Red Betty. they encourage acceptance and a state of calm and act as a reminder not to worry about the small things.
