Born in Rome in 1979, the son of a collector of ancient and contemporary artworks, he became passionate about drawing and digital graphics since he was young, dedicating himself to these activities for leisuring and work. Despite having completed classical studies and obtaining a master degree in Law, he devoted his life to communication, music, and the world of events, mainly focusing on creative aspects and realizing a lot of advertising campaigns. However, only in early 2023, following a long period of personal and work-related troubles exacerbated by the pandemic, he understood that his passion for art, combined with his communication skills, would give him the strength and enthusiasm to face life's challenges . So he decided to create "Tetsu," or rather, to transform himself into "Tetsu": a superhero just like the ones he was inspired by since childhood, leaving his true identity shrouded in mystery. Recently emerged on the contemporary art scene, he is gaining so fasts recognition among the most esteemed artists, thanks to his unique and distinctive style. Tetsu's work is characterized by bold use of color and dynamic compositions, where heroic manga characters (but not just them) are often depicted in unexpected contexts, such as the old italian lire banknotes, creating a surprising blend of nostalgia and innovation, mixing traditional drawing and painting techniques with modern digital tools. This combination has allowed Tetsu to develop a distinctive visual language, merging the imagery of the heroes that accompanied his growth of him with icons and symbols of Italian culture from those years, creating a bridge between two seemingly distant worlds. This approach is not just an homage to his cultural heritage but it also offers a new interpretation of childhood heroes, elevating them to symbols of universal values such as courage, altruism, and hope. With his quick increasing appraisal, Tetsu achived to capture the attention of art lovers, collectors, galleries, and auction houses that see in his works an innovative blend of genres and cultures. Since his debut, he gained international acclaims, selling a lot of artworks throughout Europe and even beyond overseas. His works are exhibited in national and international galleries in Rome, Milan, Paris, and Monte Carlo, where he has earned praise for the originality and skill in communicating powerful stories through a rich and layered visual language.
