About The Artwork

wild wild boars are shy animals that are often hidden in the woods. The wild boar lives mainly in moist to wet deciduous forests (with oak, beech, ash and alder) but also occurs in older coniferous forests with dense undergrowth, thickets and even in reed fields and swamps. During the day, the wild boar usually hide in their nest, which is usually in close cover. The presence of wild boar can best be determined on the basis of walking tracks, soaking spots where they take their mud bath, sanding trees, rooting tracks and droppings. To see the wild boar yourself, it's best to go out at dusk or at night. Wild boar are shy and hear well. Waiting quietly and for a long time near the tracks is therefore the best technique for spotting a wild boar.
