Art Description

Drawing: Pen and Ink

The word armature has varied meanings, from rounds of ammunition, to magnetic coils, to the underlying foundation for a sculpture. And so this piece, somewhat a flower, yet with bullet shaped innards. And does the flower grow up or back into the ground. A leaning shape reminds me of a torso bent at the waist, perhaps waking up from slumber.

More abstract than not, I hope you enjoy reflection with this piece.
