Pencil drawing 20.5cm/29cm on artist paper. (With 2cm border for framing) This drawing is based on a photo I took in the Krueger National Park in 2013. It was the first time I traveled to South Africa and I was amazed by the diversity of flora and fauna I found. These majestic animals count among my favorites. They have an indescribable beauty inside and outside, they are social animals and are very protective of their own people. Watching them one could learn a lot about kindness, selflessness and pure love. We should protect them and keep their habitat intact so our children and the children of our children still could enjoy seeing them in the wild. This drawing is an excellent gift for any animal lover who likes fine art. Once framed, it will be an added value to any interior and will bring peace to those who see it.

Born in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, and raised in Brussels, Belgium, since her teens, Julia Tulub has a passion for arts, science and the world. Mostly self-taught, she refined her knowledge of oil painting and drawing at an artist’s private studio. After years of experimenting, she settled on the simplicity of graphite pencils and the versatility of oil paintings, while regularly trying other mediums for fun. Her favourite subjects are women, nature and wildlife.
