About The Artwork
Marilyn Monroe was the subject of one of Zach's first realism drawings when he was just 14 years old. After reading about her and becoming more aware of her popularity in the 50's, Zach was inspired to become an artist. 9 years later, Zach made this piece with graphite pencils and gold leaf to hopefully touch others in the same way he was touched by her iconic fame.
