About The Artwork
During 1.5 years I have lived abroad in Bahrain. Most of the time I was alone at home and did not feel well. I missed everything about Switzerland, especially the greenery. That's why I decided to buy a lot of indoor plants to feel more "home". One of my favourit plants we had, was the Dumb Cane. I was amazed by how fast the plant grew - I guess it liked the place better then me. Anyways the plant inspired me, that with the right environment and with getting a lot of love, how fast you can grow. I gave the painting a golden touch, because of the arabic culture.
