About The Artwork
This is one of my continuing series of Dirty Little Drawings, (https://www.colinginks.net/dirtylittledrawings) of which I had a show here in Lisbon in 2018, and sell at quite a clip. These are bold studies in economy of line. Less is more. My aim, by 'forcing' the viewer to fill in the visual 'gaps', is to heighten intimacy. They are proudly body positive, and sex positive, but honest. This work was inspired by the photography of Arthur Tress.
