About The Artwork
This work was inspired by my passion for Reinassance art and the Sistine chapel in Rome. I wanted to bring he "ignudi" figures represented by michelangelo, but in a new way close to "Kitsch". What better way if not with a modern Kit Kat bar? I chose this style because graphite gives a great depth and accuracy for nude drawing, the hatching also follows the way of the muscles, sculptor-like.
