About The Artwork
James Byron Dean, born on Feb. 8th, 1931 in Marion, Indiana. Dean was a great American actor who died at a young age of 24 in 1955 on Sept. 30th. I was inspired to draw this piece as a reflective of myself. Dean went through a few hardships in life but still managed to pursue his dreams of acting as I wish to pursue mine as an artist. I hope other artist can proceed with positive feedback for me to embrace them with confidence whether it be constructive criticism or better.
