About The Artwork
The displayed artwork is basically a study on light and shadow on an object. I combined my passion of high contrasts with my profound interest in Mexican cultures. The Aztec statue of Life and Death has got two sides, one for each state. I depicted those two fused in one figure. This is the hand-drawn version 1/53 of the original.
