"Kidnapping the Moon" This work is from a series where girls transform into various creatures. They are very dangerous and cunning. They crave constantly something to steal or drag with them. They also represent the elements. In this work, the bird girl is the wind driving the clouds that cover the sky and the moon. The work was done with a graphite pencil on paper. This work is sold both in a frame and without it, at the request of the buyer.

Hello. My name is Evgeny Grinyov (Griin). I am a professional artist. I have been drawing for over 10 years. I am inspired by the surrounding nature, filled with images and symbols. Attractive and frightening at the same time, it excites the imagination. I am also inspired by myths and legends of ancient times. In my works, I often use the image of a girl as the personification of the elements or conveying the mood of the picture. Thus, I try to fill my work with symbols and allegories.
