It turned out that I know YouTube well and can use the internet language of film. Using this skill, I‘ve started making vlogs (video blogs). I have created a channel on Youtube and I’ve been vlogging as LEDA. Who is LEDA? LEDA is my virtual, kamp alterego, a kind of simulacrum, my inner queen drama, a set of make-ups from the subconscious, a reflection in the mirror. I use LEDA to tell stories, scenes from my own life. It is also a process in which I can train a filmmaker's workshop, set up a camera, lighting, think about music in the background or a balance between word and picture. When I paint, I always draw a grid. This grid, used by artists for centuries, is a direct predecessor of the "bitmap" computer screen, in which elements of the image - pixels - are translated into digital bits. In addition, it is said that vision precedes the words needed to make a movie, which is why the image is a great bridge between classical painting and video. I have been painting what interests me in the film for a few years, I intuitively choose from the "cloud" what I want and move to the physical world, that's why painting is a great complement to video creativity. At the junction of acceptance and fear, between enjoying life in postmodernism and the fear of hypernormalisation, the word that best defines me today is "swing". Hence, perhaps is my sagging, reaching for various means of expression (painting, video, performance). I take care of my condition as a postmodern, female intellectual. I believe that as a woman, youtuber and independent artist I can become the main character of the reality that surrounds me.
