Inspired by a love of travel and animals, I wood burned safari scenes on each side of a 7-sided (manufactured) wooden pot and showed it at the 2018 Butler, PA Farm Show where it won Best of Show of the Metal and Wood Crafts & 1st Place in the Wood Burning category.

Hello! My name is Juliene. I am located in Western, PA and have always had an interest in art of all forms. I took up pyrography in early 2018 after receiving a pyrography tool as a Christmas present the year prior. I enjoy mixing mediums to include colored pencil, paint, wood burning, and scroll saw wood working. I pull inspiration from nature and travel. I've won awards for my pyrography at the Butler, PA Farm Show and awards for my photography at the Saxonburg, PA Festival of the Arts.
