Small Wave Study Drawing

Jeremy Nelson is a British artist, based on the Romney Marsh in Kent, South East England. Born in the UK in 1947 Jeremy studied sculpture at Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts. Having started his working life after studying drawing and sculpture at Camberwell Jeremy found many areas of work in which he could put his skills to good use spending most of his working life involved in creative projects of all types and scales, from shaping stocks and whips for restored wind-mills, specially cut lengths of timber for restoration of boats, to large scale restoration of castles and new buildings. Recently Jeremy has returned to more specialised drawing and stone carving, working with themes connecting architectural scale and organic forms. The study of natural structures remains a constant inspiration for his work.
