About The Artwork

Libyan Sibyl, one of the female seers frescoed on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. This drawing was inspired by my love for the Reinassance art, in particular where it all starts from: Drawing. I want the viewer to feel the idea of motion, through a torso rotation show accurately all anatomical parts. I chose as a medium the immortal sanguine red chalk, colors that suit a classical style.
