The Taste of Money Installation

Jewelery. Sliced US dollars from the MONEYFESTO project (4th Odessa Bienalle of Contemporary Art, Herbert Rometsch and Krolikowski Art) contained in a 25 mm glass on a cord with metal lock (length 570 mm, brown, grey or white colors). "The Taste of Money" is the boundary between the real and the imaginary world, it is the declaration about illusion of discourse of domination of the material over the spirit. "The Taste of Money" project based on the idea of space sensory sculpture MONEYFESTO that was first presented during IV Odessa biennale of contemporary art (Ukraine, 2015) which transformed into the pop avant-guard culture and becomes the jewelery form. This jewelery for neck presents itself form of the "philosophical idea in a bottle". It was first exhibited as the smell in empty room of modern art museum in Odessa during the Biennale. As Jean Baudrillard says, consumption is a simulacrum of happiness, the endless pursuit of that which are not exist in the reality. The authors of the art idea are Herbert Rometsch (Germany)(www.herbert-rometsch.com) and Krolikowski Art group (Ukraine).
