When Nature Comes is a part of my mixed media series, Gold, where the subject matter is the interaction between mankind and the surroundings. Through creating this series, I focus on the metamorphosis in nature as well as inside of one's personality. When Nature Comes reflects my fascination with nature. The moss breaks the iconic classical sculpture, proving that nature changes its surroundings. I utilized gold foil to further reference Klimt's motifs.

Hi! I am an architecture student that makes art for her own joy. When I paint, I enter this deep trance where I only think about my hand movements and color on black canvas. As a high schooler, I was fortunate to exhibit twice at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Tony Bennett Gala, and New York City Department of Education in addition to corporate offices. My favorite artists are Caravaggio, surrealist Tim Cantor, and Russian painter Shishkin. I love Shishkin's bears :) I can describe my style as traditional and realistic, although I can slightly diverge by experimenting with new mediums such as gold foil, crayons on ink, and others.
