The artwork presented is a vibrant, abstract composition, predominantly featuring red and blue hues with contrasting elements that appear mechanical or technological in nature. These complex forms are arranged in a dynamic, almost spiraling pattern against a dotted blue background. The inspiration for this piece could draw from the early 20th-century Futurism movement, which often depicted modern technology and industrialization. It explores movement and machine aesthetics Viewers might be prompted to reflect on the interplay between technology and human life. The mechanical components could represent the intricate workings of modern society or the complexity of human innovation. There's a palpable energy that might evoke thoughts on the pace of progress or the chaotic beauty of industrial mechanisms. The medium allows for rich, textured color application and precise detailing, which enhances the layered intricacy of the artwork. The subject matter, comprising interlocking machine-like parts, aligns with a style that is both abstract and meticulously detailed, suggesting a harmony between the mechanical and the artistic. The choice of a non-representational style invites the viewer to interpret the work freely, without the constraints of objective reality, encouraging a personal and imaginative response to the visual stimuli. In summary, this piece is a thought-provoking fusion of abstract art and mechanical design, challenging the viewer to consider the relationship between humanity and the ever-evolving technological landscape.

I explore the aesthetic of things through absurd, irony, abstract, and misplaced situations. In my early thirties, I joined the largest artistic avant-garde movement in the long history of the former Soviet Union. In St. Petersburg the group of artists founded the Society of Experimental Fine Arts and gave regular art exhibitions of a "new" art five years prior to the rise of Perestroika in the Soviet Union. Throughout the 1980's, my paintings were regularly shown at art exhibits. My artistic practice explores the conceptual aesthetic of things through absurd, irony and misplaced situations. It includes photo, painting, graphics, and sculpture. Since 2000s I have also been working in digital art and digital photography. Starting with raster images in Adobe Photoshop, vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator, and 3D objects in Maya/ 3ds Max, today I additionally use various text-to-image AI-driven art services like GAN & DALL·E 2 OpenAI for creating art works. My works are in Russian Museum (Saint-Petersburg, Russia), Museum of Nonconformist Art (Saint-Petersburg, Russia) and private collections in Russia, Spain, USA, Israel, France. From March 2022 I’m based in Spain. Web site: https://serge-yablonsky.co/ Arte Laguna World artist profile: https://artelaguna.world/artist/yablonsky-sergey/
