CACTUS HOUR Artwork

Gabsterlou is a self taught artist based in Picton NSW. She paints with oils on canvas / linen with colourful and mostly abstract backdrops, with a subject matter usually painted in black and white. Loving the balance and contrast this colour pallete creates, Gabsterlou aspires to produce beautiful pieces that look and make the viewer feel inspired and captivated. When she is not painting, Gabster also works with resin . Her resin artworks are poured out onto custom made board she workshops herself. Her resin pieces are colourful and lush ,based either on water/country and desert themes. This fluid medium is tricky, sticky and produces unique patterns and textures that look glassy, glossy and gorgeous .
