'Me mola atar cobre, aprendí ganchillo de mi abuelita' A Basque in London with a passion for knotting wire: I love cable and tangles and learnt crochet from my grandmother. My work comes as standing pieces, hanging sculptures or framed mixed fabric paintings. Techniques include crochet and basketry. I work with copper and aluminium and mix these with materials including cotton, perlé, wool, jute, raffia, organdie and others. Frames are recovered. Every piece is hand made by me and unique.
