Owen Gildersleeve is a multi-award-winning artist known for his expertise in handcrafted illustration, captivating set design, and visionary art direction. With a distinctive style refined over 15 years, Owen brings graphic designs to life through meticulous hand-cut layers and a dynamic play of light and shadow. His expertise spans from intricate paper illustrations and animations to expansive sets, window displays, and installations. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with esteemed international clients such as BAFTA, Brainfeeder Records and NASA, as well as exhibiting in Tokyo, London and San Francisco. In 2014, Owen unveiled his debut publication, 'Paper Cut', an ode to the artistry of 25 renowned paper craft artists worldwide. Through an immersive collection of in-depth interviews conducted over a year, the book showcases their exceptional creative practices while reflecting Owen's passion for the craft.
