About The Artwork

Guest No. 22. Mademoiselle "I Will Show You a New World" Mademoiselle "I Will Show You a New World" is a businesslike, swift lady who doesn't make idle promises. She knocks persistently, enters decisively, and without delay begins to pack my things into trunks and boxes, which, on their tiny legs, march in neat rows following her everywhere. She is determined to open up a New World to me, to take me there, claiming that "the grass is greener, the sky is bluer, and the birds loud singer." I remember this world; I've been there. It is called the Past. I do not wish to go to this New, yet so old World. And so, I unpack everything she has just packed for the journey and put it all back in its place. In this way, we go around in circles for some time. She gathers my stars, asteroid belts, clusters of meteoroids, and I put them back in place. Madam, you once brought me into this World, and it is mine; I like it here, and I will not leave. “What Dreams May Come” is an art project by Oleg Gant. I live and works in Northern Europe, in Lithuania. My works are inspired by great artists such as Matisse with his vivid colors, and early sci-fi writers like Ray Bradbury, Stanislaw Lem, and the Strugatsky brothers. They have filled my life with unusual worlds, adventures, and romance. I now weave these myriad influences into the tapestry of my art. I work by mixing different techniques and media. All works are unique. Reproduction of an original artwork by Oleg Gant. This image and artwork are ©Oleg Gant. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Print Master's edition, off-white, archival museum-quality paper, is uncoated and the superior choice for art enthusiasts who appreciate world-class quality to enjoy artworks most luxuriously.

Hello, my friends. I am Oleg Gant, an artist and photographer. I live and work in Northern Europe, in Lithuania. I specialize in the style of emotional abstraction. Through my work, I reinterpret and visualize in paintings our journey through life. Experiences, joys, and sorrows, encounters and losses, hopes, and the search for the best within ourselves. I paint dreams and hopes. Each piece of my artwork poses a question that each of us has asked ourselves at some point, as well as the answer to that question. And each time, it's a new question and a new answer. My art is constantly exhibited at various exhibitions and wins various photo and art competitions. All my art presented here is original and unique and is intended for art connoisseurs and collectors.
