Inspiration for this painting was taken from observing waves crashing against rocky cliffs along with mist from the waves. The texture is smooth and the finish is glossy. The ink spills over the surface to create a live edge. This painting can hang from any orientation. Although Melissa strives for a flawless resin finish, natural imperfections can occur and are considered part of the art process. Does not require a frame. Ready to hang. Signed on the back.

The ocean captivated her heart, inspiring the name fiery for deep blue. Her love of the water is expressed in her ocean inspired resin paintings on wood panels.
