This painting is a hopeful rendering of the potentials inherent in the gender emancipation struggles. The headless features are metaphorical in their illustration of a state of rudderless society in dire need of equity and inclusivity. The work is a continuation of series that deal on the subject of equity that has come to define the realities of contemporary existence in the public and private workforce. This also extends to political office and other forms of public endeavour that some of us believe have more prospects in efficiency if inclusivity is applied and competence is the watchword regardless of gender and other social constructs.
