About The Artwork

Work from the exhibition "Cacophony of Mind VS Embellishment of Brain" held in 2019 at the gallery UVG. My mind is blustering, pulsating with endless thoughts, chaos, jammings of fears, qualms, logical conclusions, Enrages My brain embellishes, steers, ranges, hides, merges, mists, ROSYBLUSHES bloated trying to survive and being happy. Where all this rushes. where runs, crawls, moans. why tumbles, bleats and begs. Why shines, hacking itself, permeates, explores, mediates. For what sees, knows, lives. Who am I Cacophony of mind or Embellishment of brain. In this work, I mixed 3d and 2d graphics and put it to the abstract background. Works from these series are about harmony and chaos in my head. It is about to embellish and transform what wants to get out from control. Moreover, that is about life and motion are coming from chaos. Plasticizing photos under acrylic glass is the most expressive and at the same time concise way of design. The print gets a unique color depth and glossy shine, while maintaining contrast. All this adds extra volume to the image. The frame is rarely used here — the work has a finished look without it. Designed in this way, the images are the standard of quality – it is an uncompromising choice for decorating a modern interior. To achieve the best visual image quality is possible only when printing on paper, so we print on photo paper using Epson SureColor P9000 inkjet printers with a drop volume of 3.5 pl and a resolution of 2880 x 1440 dpi. Together with the original ink, this printer provides accurate color reproduction, surpassing the dynamic range and chromatic coverage of other printing devices. Using an optically clear film 0.025 mm thick, the image is transferred to the acrylic glass. We use museum-quality Plexiglas glass produced in Germany. The processes of transferring photos to glass require strict conditions of cleanliness and the absence of noticeable dust particles, so the installation is carried out in a clean room, isolated from the external environment by a fine air purification system. On the back side of the work, a plate made of aluminum composite material is attached, which has high rigidity and low weight. When preparing large-format works, an aluminum frame of rigidity is installed at the back. YOmoYO – a project founded by the artist Maxim Svishёv. My works are bundles of emotions, symbiosis of computer and animated characters, silicone and plastic toys, combination of 3D graphic world and wildlife. Abstract creatures generated by conscious formed in the era of internet, television, countless gadgets, posts in social accounts, likes, news feeds, accounts and other manifestations of contemporary reality. Nature is very important for me – its rhythm, forms and plastic. I combine it with the plastic and rhythm of metropolis streets with its traffic, advertising spam, stress, the race for the attention and thirst to sink in multifarious entertainments. Thuswise my creatures are essentially civilization mutants. These works are some kind of meditation on the possibility of saving live soul in the technological computerized environment. The opportunity to stay a life-being, not bio robot in nowadays world. Maxim Svishёv, born on 31.05.1982 in Leningrad city. Maxim Svishёv is an artist from Saint-Petersburg, Russia, whose creative activity is related with computer graphic and animation. The works are kind of gameplay with space that turns out to be a window into a new reality created by mix of video content, volume and sound. Maxim finds his own patterns and icons and uses creative technologies to implement his ideas. His artworks were presented in different exhibition projects all over the world: New York, Blois, Torino, Sao-Paulo, Berlin, Seoul, Venice, Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Kiev and Perm.
