About The Artwork
Swimming between the sensual marriage of positive and negative spaces, sometimes fluid, sometimes angular, I am inspired by the nuanced exploration of color and composition. Through the layering and/or deconstruction of patterns, motifs, random or geometric shapes, I explore the endless possibilities I am surrounded with. Fashion, abstract art, popular culture, among others, are great sources of inspiration to me. I am richly moved by the connectedness of all things, the desire for experiences, that constant juxtaposition of events that shape us. Through my work I want the viewers to awaken their own curiosity, to open themselves to a world of interesting possibilities. I feel very comfortable with the digital medium.
