One of the things I love most about London is the beautiful patterns hidden within it.

I've looked up at the face of Big Ben millions of time. But as I wondered round London recently, searching for inspiration for new art, I was mesmerised by its clock face. It is made up of dozens of beautiful shapes, like a historic jigsaw.

Each segment is coloured in bright colours to highlight the intricate shapes that make up the it's face, it's character.

At this size it really does look dramatic on the wall.
