113 is a large contemporary oil painting done as part of an exhibition circa 2010 "A walk around the Balmain foreshore", and was exhibited at Dank St Gallery in Sydney. The painting depicts wharf 113 and shows the weathered number on concrete set in its corroded blue steel frame with its rusted drain pipe. While the subject appears abstract once the image is explained it is in fact realism.
